If your ready for an intense two weeks of workouts, then outdoor bootcamp is for you! You'll build strength and endurance through a variety of exercises meant to challenge body and mind. Bootcamp meets Monday through Friday and is great addition to your regular workout routine, as well as a fast way to get in shape if you're short on time this summer!
