PUSH Fitness Group Class Spinning

Spinning

Spinning offers a vigorous workout using a combination of fast-paced cycling and strategic rest periods. 

Each class is a unique experience, that allows participants to determine their own levels of exertion. 

Spinning is multi-level with no outdoor cycling experience required. For maximum safety and comfort, footwear is required. We also suggest padded bike shorts for the most comfortable spin experience.

PUSH Fitness Group Class Tabata

Tabata

Tabata training is one of the most effective types of high intensity interval training involving extremely demanding activity, with shorter rest periods. 

You’ll PUSH yourself as hard as you can for 20 seconds and rest for 10, with each group of exercises lasting approximately 4 minutes. 

Whether your goal is muscle tone, weight loss, or both, Tabata will provide the PUSH you need to take your fitness routine to the next level.

PUSH Fitness Group Class Barre

Barre

Barre uses a combination of movements inspired by ballet, yoga and Pilates to create a low-impact, high intensity workout, that strengthens and tones the entire body. 

You’ll experience a mix of isometric and isotonic movements that focus on specific muscle groups using small-range, high repetition motion. Barre incorporates lights weights, a barre and mat.

PUSH Fitness Group Class Rest and Recovery Yoga

Rest and Recovery Yoga

Rest and Recovery Yoga incorporates a mixture of static and dynamic movements, gentle stretches, and breath-work that allow the participant to work through and release residual tension and muscle soreness, increase mobility and bring a deep state of relaxation. 

Rest and Recovery Yoga incorporates props for added support and while encouraged are always optional.

PUSH Fitness Group Class Strength Training

Strength

Strength class involves bodyweight, dumbbell and resistance band exercises to help build muscle mass, strength and endurance. 

Strength exercise also helps in building strong bones and lean muscle mass. You’ll start with light weights and more reps and build from there. 

Strength class is great for beginners to help ease you into some of other more intense forms of training such as our Tabata and Circuit classes.

PUSH Fitness Group Class Circuit Training

Circuit Training

Circuit Training involves both endurance and resistance training, a mixture of high-intensity aerobics and body weight exercises all performed in a circuit (alternating between several exercises).

Each circuit is followed by a short rest period that helps give you the PUSH you need to start the next one. You’ll get full body conditioning that creates a significant cardiorespiratory response that keeps your body and your heart strong.
